Pretty helpful people there. A little higher priced than some other places in town, but not the worst either. I rented a TV from them and it worked great.

These guys are fantastic, they really know their stuff.  I have a small business, and I needed help with a network problem fast!!  They were there within the hour and solved my problem at a VERY reasonable fee.  Thanks El  Genes!  I was back up and running the same day...You are AWESOME!!

Nice guy but they are too outdated.  I took my wife's laptop there and asked them just look at it. Long story short, he didn't fix my wife's computer and tried to charge me for a new battery. I didn't pay for it and he was OK with that but he didn't seem to listen to anything i was saying.  Now 1 week later my wife's computer crashed and needs to reinstall widows which will delete all our stuff in it.  The owner said he had to install windows when i gave it to him originally when we have it to him which we never asked him to do. So this was a bad experience for us all around.  Again he was a nice guy but kind of screwed us over.

This place is a joke have gotten a lot of things from them over the years. Took my laptop in to get it fixed it took over two and a half weeks to get a hard drive put in when I went to pick it up and got home they did nothing too it so went back in too just get my money back for it the guy that was helping me was very rude when I asked for the gm and sad that he was not in till morning but the owner was in the back if I whated too talk too him about what was rong with it he told me he would give me my money back but when we got up too the front he could only give me one payment back out off $110.00 witch I lost  $700.00.SO LESSON LEARNED DON'T GO IN THIS PLACE IF YOU WHAT TOO GET F-ED OVER IN SHITY COMPUTERS THAT ONLY LAST TILL THEY ARE PAYED OFF.

Their prices aren't too competitive, but their service is outstanding. They were so willing to help and order the parts I needed for my dryer. They I'd come here for any future appliance need.
