Star Service! Started on Time finished on Time! Professional and Experienced.  These folks know what they are doing. They were not the lowest bid, but I knew after watching them paint the neighbors house that I would get my moneys worth and then some. Cheaper isn't always better folks.  Hire Rich and his team you won't be sorry!

Fabulous. On time start, on schedule finish, team came in white uni's, happily painted. Oh, and whereas some co's say they'll wash the house, but skim that effort, these folks did an ENTIRE day of wash and prep, expertly protecting our lanai fans, lights, knobs & fixtures. Very happy. And after several days of exhausting work, they were all perfectly chipper, and chatted at end of day (if it were me, I'd have been running home to dive in a pool and eat a big meal!) As a matter of fact, I think the owner said he was about to head out on a bike trek. I'd have passed out! Great folks. Also, we got other bids, they were best. (Please forgive me if I've posted this review before - I'm trying to do vendor reviews before end of year b/c I hate not giving a review when I like a vendor!)

Rich and CCI House Painting Services were awesome.  We have a 3,100 sq ft home, 2nd floor and some 20 foot high exterior walls.   They pressure washed our 'growing green' walls, cleared all the brown rust color from watering and cleaned all the stains off the gutters --- very impressive.

Project: Pressure wash our home, Exterior house painting; also front door, gutters, and soffits.
Our home is within a Deed Restricted HOA residential neighborhood in Pasco county.

They painted the whole house in 2 1/2 days, putting 2 coats on the most weather exposed sides -- even though the first coat was super thick and totally covered the old paint.

I cannot possibly say enough positive things.  With every contractor project I've ever had -- there have been small to large issues -- except this one.  They did Everything promised and More, On Time and On Budget.  10 year warranty, just awesome!
