Okay, so the reviews scared me, but I simply gave them the chance to perform. We have a very large house with many angles and high ceilings in several rooms. We wanted to paint the ceilings and walls. We had an unrealistic view of how much time it would take to mask off sections, cover the floor, and so on. The crew did the work in a workman-like fashion. We did have paint smell in the house--that's what happens when you paint a house and simultaneously live in it. We had Munyan subcontract ceiling and wall texturing in our kitchen, which came out very well. Each section of the house was painted, and the workmen accommodated or requests whenever they could. It took two work weeks to finish our project. When it was finished the ceilings (including a former stained area) was painted as were all the walls. We helped move boxes out of the workers way, and I still haven't cleaned them up, but that is not Munyan's fault. The level of odor decreased after about a week, and our house was carefully painted ceiling and walls. The work by Munyan was all done satisfactorily. The workers Barry and Tim were courteous and cleaned up well. The only quibble we have is with the texture contractor whose clean up techniques left something to be desired. Take reviews on the Internet with a grain of salt, because you might unfairly judge a company. My experience is opposite that of the complainers, which makes me wonder whether they were planted---I am a real home owner with a recently repainted home interior!

I called this past Wed. and spoke to the woman in the office and she assured me a person named Ken would call me that evening or the next day to set up an appt. to give me an estimate for what I wanted done. This is Friday 6:15 pm and NO ONE has bothered to call me back. They have my house phone, cell phone and email. By my conversation with the woman answering the phone they sounded like the company I wanted to hire but not anymore. If you don't want my business then that's fine. Maybe my project was too small for them but at least say so.

Not sure I would recommend this company. They painted for our homeowner association and dripped green paint on my lanai and then told my HOA representative they didn't do it when I caught them trying to clean it up. I also caught them plugging their generator into my electrical without my permission (I was home while they painted) even though they were not painting my unit at the time.
