I was referred to C R Automotive by my neighbor. I have been taking my car in for regular maintenance now for a couple years.  I would not hesitate to recommend C R Automotive to anyone looking for excellent customer service! What I like the most is that typically, without me asking, management carefully explains what they did, and why. They discuss issues before they happen and let me know what to look for. They always give me an estimate of costs before they do the work.  I really appreciate this kind of service, as I know very little about cars. I trust C R Automotive completely!

I have been taking my old Volkswagen to CR Automotive for years and have never had a bad experience.  They do great work, they're great at keeping track of what needs to be done and when, and their prices are very reasonable.  I highly recommend them.

Upon my request for a smog inspection, I was given an appointment within hours and told the length of time it would take.  On site, I was treated graciously and adequately in the waiting room while the work was done and the paperwork completely directly with DMV. Grateful!

I have been going to CR for a number of years now and I value their honesty and integrity and that's not something you can say about manyautomotive garages.
