C R Spa Service has awful customer service. Try calling them anytime during the day when they're open and I promise they'll never answer the phone. I've used this company for 3 months and have never once called their office and had a human being answer the phone. I've resorted to leaving a voicemail and receiving a call back 2 days later if I'm lucky. Most of the time I have to leave multiple voicemails just to get them to acknowledge my call. Once your lucky enough to get in touch with the woman who answers the phone, you'll see how rude and short tempered she really is. I'm currently looking for a better hot tub service company, but thankfully it shouldn't be too hard because C R Spa Service has set the bar so low.

Also, I had a problem with my hot tub pump so I made an appointment for someone to come out to my home; they never showed up. I waited at home all day for these amateurs and they didn't even have the courtesy to call and reschedule. About a week later, I reached out to them to reschedule because they never called me back,  but to my amazement they didn't answer, and I had to leave another voicemail! After someone called me back days later they gave me a 5 hour window from 12-5pm. C R Spa service still managed to show up hours late which resulted in them not fixing the tub, and not completing the job.

C R Spa Service is extremely unprofessional and lacks basic people/communication skills that anyone who graduated from high school with a 1.0 GPA would acquire. I would never recommend this company to anyone unless I had an extreme level of hate toward them; and I still probably wouldn't. No one deserves to be treated like a burden from a company. I've tried to work with them to come out again and fix my hot tub  and the women I communicated with who answers the phone is quoted saying, "We can't keep on wasting time and gas." Wow, sounds like putting customers first is their first priority, NOT! Both times the technician should have called me. First, to tell me he was at my house which is the first thing you do when arriving at a clients home, but also the second time as well when they should have notified me (the customer) that they were going to be hours late. They blame their customers for the mistakes of their unprofessional employees.

So congratulations to C R Spa Service for being the most unprofessional and worst spa service company of 2016. Your disappointing people everyday, one customer at a time!

If you actually want to fix your hot tub I would look for another repair company. I paid CR Spa the service fee to assess what was wrong with my Sundance tub four months ago. Since then they have not returned my phone calls or email other than to tell me they lost the paperwork. They have refused to return to reassess the problem or return the fee. Mistakes happen, I completely understand that, but they  simply refuse to make this right and provide the service I paid for.
