Lynn is the owner and amazing at nails, but difficult to get an appointment with. I made an appointment today and was left for 25 min with nail polish remover on my fingers. She applied heat and took off telling me a few minutes. My fingers began to burn so bad and when she finally resurfaced she took a walk in for an eyebrow. I was floored. Not one checked on me at all. I took the foils and nail polish off myself. My fingers are wrinkly and uncomfortable from over soaking. That can’t be healthy soaking in chemIcals for that long. I walked out. 
I’m so sad that the one place I thought did the perfect nails could have such bad customer service.
Many of my friends no longer go there anymore for the same reason. I thought it was different. I hope they can learn from this review and change their service, for the business sake.

NEVER AGAIN!!!!  I Gave Rose a $10 tip 
 For a Fill and pedi, $95 , All to get home and see  Old Gunky nail polish on my toes. NEXT DAY I went in as polite as I always Am and I asked for a color change that the nail polish wasnt appealing to me. ROSE Told me 15 mins wait  and I said Np, 40 Mins later, Rose Ask me to sit at Pedi station and 15 mins More I waited Patiently Np....Although I would've came back had I'd been Honest to from the start....My intent was to pay for color change np, I never mind paying at all,  But Rose kept telling Me that  I said I liked it But I said no such thing , All the while I remained Polite and Respectful While  Rose kept insulting me in her language to the Owner but didnt realize I understood her language, Chinese ...Rose kept giving me evil looks, She was rough with my feet and rude to me and Ask the manager to say something to me about price and for what???  I told Rose I didnt mind paying for another color at all, No worries I told her...Then The Owner came to me and she was Rude to me as well, She made a scene to the Point in Leaving me  No choice or reason to stay any longer,  I was embarrassed by them making a scene for no reason at all??? ..But Rose tried holding me there and wouldnt let me get to my shoes to just leave, She kept trying to block me with her hands...In the meantime I asked for a receipt and I Paid in full for A lousy job, $12 more, It was  Never a Money issue at all, I just wanted a nice color change and  I didnt want any trouble at all. But said to them Before I left,  NEVER AGAIN WILL I BE BACK AND WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE EVER!!!!  NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL!!!!

Mark is the best. Eight years of experience and the shop is new and very clean.  The prices are average.

I had been going to Rainbow nails for about 6 months and generally had great experiences. Since they were new and still trying to gain customers they went over and beyond. The prices were great with the opening discount that ended in April 2017, but now they are the same as any shop in the area. I recommended several clients and was excited to bring my mom when she came in town for Mother's Day. We both got pedicures and I got a SNS while she got a full set. I was disappointed because they forgot to give my mom a massage and my usual manicure was rushed. I chalked it up as a busy afternoon. The total was about $130 and I paid for my mom and I, which broke the bank for my pockets as a student. As we proceed to gather our belongings one worker comes over say, "tip tip". I said, "not today. I don't have it nor do I have any cash" (Tips and are cash only here). Assuming that I am a consistent customer who tips well when I get service bi-weekly I thought this was acceptable. She says, "we have ATM!" I said, "I'm not going to pay $7 for a ATM fee when I will be back and will tip then." My mom intervenes by digging in her purse searching for cash as the lady invades my mom's personal space to see what she has in her purse. She pulls out $3 for the guy who did her nails and the lady takes the money and throws it on the counter. She says, "the total was $130 and you only give $3! So now my mom and I are both offended because she is making a big deal in front of the entire shop and being nasty about it. My mom stops digging in her purse for more cash by my request. The lady walks off leaving the money still on the counter because it was not enough for her. I was highly disappointed with my treatment especially since I was a loyal customer who tipped regularly. Tips are earned and nasty customer service is not the way to attain them. This was unacceptable.

Love the massages. I got a pedicure and a manicure respectively I  picked a nail polish that needed fixing or throwing out so my nail polish is streaky although the other services was great The  nail polish on my manicured hands look really bad other than that everything else was pretty great. I won't count it all as bad because it may not happen again. With that being said still I will be going again and I will recommend this place of business. Just make sure the nail polish you pick is not too thick
