VERY BAD  experience. Technician that they send did not fix the problem, although he was in & out in 30 min they charged me for 2 hours labor + materials. Called the next day to report that I still have same problem and I'm still without power. Took a week to get a call back.When told them that I couldn't wait that long with no power & had another company to take care of the problem - they just hang up & did charge my card. Don't use them !!!

We can't say enough good things about this company. We have been using Fischer Electric since 2005 and have never had any issues with them. They have been extremely professional, always prompt and willing to work with unexpected issues without any hassle. I've dealt with Allison many times and she's always been a pleasure to work with and always helpful. The electricians who have been sent out have been great to work with as well. Highly recommended.

Terrible customer service, I called to get an estimate and the front desk person said the estimator would call me back that afternoon or first thing in the morning. I never received a call so I called them again the next day at 1:00pm and the front desk person (who was very condescending) said the estimator had not returned back to the office to do call backs....I said from yesterday? She immediately said I was welcome to leave him a voicemail or find someone els.....wow I guess business is so great they can afford to rudely turn potential business away!.....a kind word and the reassurance of a call back would have been greatly accepted and appreciated.  Please don't call me !!!

An amazing company to work with.  They keep their deadlines, get to the job on time and are friendly and professional.  I would recommend them over and over!

Very disappointing service.  They rewired my entire home for a whole house remodel.  I had them scheduled more than two weeks in advance to power up my new AC and they decided some other client was more important, sent their workers to other jobs and left me without power (and AC).  I would not recommend them.
