Very unprofessional, had bought appliances for years when it was Alexanders without issues, not now. Bought a dishwasher for a rental, they did not include the brackets to bolt it in with so we called and went to their business as well. They always said the were looking for the brackets. This rocked on about 4 weeks. I was told the last time we spoke that they had them. No they did not. I ordered a pair from Sears online $6. And had them in 4 days. Problem solved, I called them tell them that I would never buy another Appliance from them end of story.

Customer service was okay but the prices were ridiculous... I needed a 4 prong cord for my stove and yes, they had the part but they charged me $15 for this used cord telling me that it cost $45 in the store... I looked up this part with the part no on the cord they gave me and it is only $18 brand new at Home Depot... Their used washers, dryers, refrigerators, etc were all over priced...

They are a young family couple and this is they're first business and they are absolutely wonderful sure they would appreciate any and every one's business that they will treat you right even after you get your appliance home

I have a side by side fridge and freezer reasonable priced that it works AWESOME! (plus my two brother's. work there)
