2nd bad experience. First time I made an apointment at 9am. Stylist didon't show up until 945am. Today I called and they didn't answer their phones. So I walked over to see if they were busy. Only 3 people in the salon. One worker was with a customer. The other worker was walking around on her cell phone. I said down and waited patiently. The worker passed and looked at me several times. Never said hi. Can I help you? Or be right with you. So I called the store again while I was sitting there and they completely ignored the phone. Awesome customer service you have there. Will not be returning. EVER.

I have my hair done there and it's the first place in six months of living here that did a great job.  I use Clarissa and she's terrific.  My mom uses Stephanie and her hair looks the same as it did when she went to the salon in Beverly Hills before she moved to Oxnard.  We also both use Monique for manicures and pedicures and there's none better in Ventura County that we've found.  She does a perfect job and she's a pleasure to be around.  I highly recommend this salon!!

I am a very hard person to please when it comes to my hair.     On the few occasions I have gone to a salon and had my hair cut, every single time I went,  I  would come home and redo it myself and complain about it.    
So, when we were vacationing in Oxnard (we live in Phoenix, AZ), I decided to give it a try again.   My hair was to the middle of my back, but it was time for a cut.   My sister and my daughters came with me to Cabelos.  My stylist, Lizet, was amazing.   I showed her  a picture of what I wanted.  She talked to me about it then did the cut.   I swear to you this is the first time I have actually loved my hair.    She did such a great job.    My family loves it,  my husband is very happy and I get compliments at work all the time.    
Thank you to Cabelos and thank you, Lizet.    Next time we are out there I will be back.
