Don't get permanent eyebrows done at this salon by Nellie. 
I now have to get them removed by a professional in a three step process with six weeks between each process and then redone six more weeks later. 

It's going to cost over $600 to get them back to a reasonable even shape, even height, with the right color. The time, pain, and embarrassment is more than I should have to deal with. 
I posted a picture. 

Worst of all they were done using black ink and my hair color is dirty blonde. I wasn't asked what color I wanted. When you use black ink it leaves a blue undertone which is impossible to completely cover without it coming back. That's why it must be removed to then do the brown eyebrows I thought I was getting in the first place. When I colored in my eyebrows prior to doing this procedure I would use a medium brown.

*When confronted, she told me she uses black mixed with brown for every person that is getting their eyebrows done with her. So if you are taking that risk I recommend you tell her what color you want or else you'll end up with black eyebrows too! 

I highly recommend that no one go get permanent make up done with Nellie. But it's up to you, proceed at your own risk.

I LOVE this salon. After going to multiple hairdressers- I finally found my fit. Nelly does an amazing job with blondes. I have been so happy and followed her to this salon which is even more beautiful than the last. The coloring is quick, excellently done, and always exceed my expectations. I highly recommend Bella Mar salon for all you coloring, highlights, or hair needs. This salon has excellent service and even gives you wine toward the end of the day!!

I rarely write any type of review unless the service is remarkable and Escape was remarkable! I was looking for a new style with a bit of color. Searched google for hair salons in oxnard and found their website. Looked very professional, which is always a good sign, so I made an appointment. The girl I made the appointment with was ready when I got there; I didn't have to wait a long time like I have at other places, which was very impressive. 

She asked me several questions about my hair, my styling and what I wanted as a finished product. She listened intently and gave some recommendations but in the end she did what I asked. The price was reasonable and the people were great. I will certainly be back for a touch up in the near future. Thanks Escape Luxury Salon!

I was there early last week. I noticed that everyone is pretty nice. I was there for a color and styling. I had a picture of what I wanted and the lady I was with (I forgot her name, sorry) was super nice and really did a great job of matching the picture. I will probably go back there on a regular basis.

I think they do nails so I will probably try that out next!
