Locally owned and operated family business that has been serving Grand County since 2010. We specialize in remodels, house cleaning and general home maintenance, including yard care and snow removal. Our professional staff receives ongoing training to ensure we maintain the highest quality standards for all your service needs. Our business depends on lasting relationships. The owners, Phill and Sarah Martin, are both degreed engineers with a decade of civil and mechanical engineering
employment respectively. They moved to Grand County to be close to the mountains, raise their family and enjoy an outdoor lifestyle. As multiple property owners themselves, they saw a growing need for busy property owners to employ a reliable, local and attentive property maintenance company and founded Cabin Works.
