I live in Denver and have had to call on Grand Lake Plumbing quite a few times recently.  Each time, they have provided great customer service both before and during the service call.  I am impressed with the technical knowledge and ability to solve problems and also the customer service attitude and behaviors.  One of the service reps, Sawyer, was extremely helpful and a great communicator!  Would highly recommend the services of Grand Lake Plumbing and Heating.

Top notch service - they really know what they're doing whether it's a stopped toilet, heating system repair, or a new plumbing fixture installation.   As a busy Interior Designer in Winter Park, they are my go-to vendor for all things plumbing in Grand County!  And, as always - you get what you pay for - they are worth it.

Great service, top notch communication and easy to schedule work. As someone out of the area looking for reliable service, I was pleased with the job done. The price though, outrageous! I had a simple sewer scope done on a new purchase and received a bill for $430.09. In the past, it's a job I've paid $100-150 with other plumbers.  The technician was at the place for 50 minutes, ran into no issues in the sewer line and was probably using the equipment for less than 20 min. After a call to the office to figure out what cost so much I was told to chalk it up to it a charge worth the piece of mind.  So I won't call them back, not because of poor service but because I don't like being charged 300% of the norm.  Two stars because they need to work out their pricing.
