I was surprised to see negative reviews as I had an excellent experience with Nancy and Tim in the Merrillville store.  Nancy put a plan together which worked perfectly with my  space.  When I had questions or needed additional pieces, Tim was very helpful.  My items shipped as expected except a couple of pieces which they had shipped directly to my home so I wouldn't have to drive over an hour to pick up from their store.  The product was well made and an excellent price

My husband abd I dod a new build and did all the cabinets in our home from cabinets to ho.
The cabinets are beautiful and wasy to put together. 
We checked the full ordr before placing it to avoid missed items , we ordrered and everything we winderfully
The cabinets are high end solid , The cost was more than half the codt of other plsces and I was able to add in sll my fun extras
Tim and the others at the Merriville store were awesome
I am do thankful to everyone at the store 
i originally did my kitchen then I added my laundry and mudroom because I was so thrilled with rverything  and every purchase went extremely well

I purchased cabinets a few months back and had a handful of items come in damaged. It was a headache dealing with the previous store manager here and getting the items reordered. I had a customer that went in and chose some white cabinets they had on display and when she told me where she shopped I thought Oh here we go again. I stopped in over the weekend to price out the cabinets for this customer and worked with Thalia, the new store manager. What a difference in the atmosphere of the store! She was so helpful and friendly. The entire time she worked with my layout she held a conversation with me and was very sweet. I will be sending any future clients to this store to see Thalia!

I ordered cabinets and paid in full  $3000. I was told 1 cabinet is back ordered by 1 month, after calling and leaving numerous messages still never received a call back finally got ahold of somebody they told me it would be another month so now 2 months later I still have no cabinets so this week I started taking all my old cabinets down because they promised me it would be in this week I have zero cabinets of my kitchen is a pigsty and now they told me it's going to be another month and maybe even longer. After calling numerous times again I had to call corporate and they got a hold of the manager over there and the manager refused to do anything for me so I called them myself and told her I want a refund finally I went there yesterday and they refunded my money after being told that I will be charged a 25% restocking fee even though I have no cabinets and the order was never even in yet if I were you I do not recommend them and on top of that all the cabinets come in boxes were you have to put the whole cabinet together before you can install it and go pick him up from Cabinets To Go unless you pay $250 to have them deliver them not worth the time do not recommend this place I would give them 0 Stars if I could

I ordered my cabinets Jan 22nd. I have yet to receive all of what I paid for.  I got the call they were in but only half were in, sat and waited for the rest to come in. when those came in we started to install only to find many broken. So they replaced and yet we waited and waited. April 6th I contacted them not to long after that I got my cabinets.  I am still waiting on the soft close and the touch up paint and putty and the pieces for the drawers where the dove tails were broke. and it is may 9th.  My recommendation on this place is run away.  it should not take this long for them to right their wrong
