My first time staying at Bear Lake. The cabin was HUGE. Fantastic location, close to everything one would need. The amenities were great! Theater room, hot tub, spacious kitchen and common areas, not to mention carefully planned bedrooms and bathrooms. Took my boat and was able to pick up and drop off riders right at the shore behind the cabin. Close to the marina, gas station and restaurant. Was able to accommodate our LARGE group nicely.

Vacationing with a large extended family is tons of fun!!! It also creates some unique challenges that you do not consider until it smacks you in the face...like not enough towels or not enough fridge space. Papa Bear Cabin was perfectly suited for or large family needs. It was large enough for grandparents and all the siblings families to be together and have enough privacy at the same time. The sleeping arrangements made it possible for the little kids to go to bed and the adults to continue socializing downstairs. Many times we rent multiple condos or hotel rooms and the adult party breaks up at bedtime, not at Papa Bear!! When you are only together once a year you want to hang out late in the evening. The kitchen was well stocked, 2 fridges, 2 ovens 2 microwaves and we had everything we needed for the week. There was plenty to do for the teenagers, hot tub, playing pool, media room, and the little guys loved the playground and toys. We love the close proximity to the beach and the ski resort. Winter time is the best for our Arizona family. Sledding and skiing 15 minutes away is a dream come true. We can hardly wait to do it again!!

Papa Bear Cabin at Bear Lake is an amazing experience! It is large enough for a family reunion or a group of family friends. Each family has their own space to relax and unwind, yet there are multiple convenient gathering places to get together and do group activities. The kitchen is amazing and has ample space to prepare your own meals for everybody. The cabin feels secluded, yet is walking to distance to the lake, stores, and restaurants. Year round this an awesome place and a one of a kind experience at Bear Lake. It comes with my highest recommendation!

Our family just had a reunion at the big and spacious Papa Bear Cabin. The cabin felt comfortable and homey but modern at the same time. The rooms are designed for families in mind. The kitchen and living areas are huge and easily entertained lots of people without feeling crowded. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking, we just had to bring our own food. The kids loved the play ground and had lots of room to run around. It is close to the beach, the park, and shopping. Just a short walk to the wonderful raspberry shakes. It would also be a wonderful and cozy retreat for winter close to sledding, skiing, and snowmobiling.
