tl;dr : Cable's messed up the roof they were supposed to fix, it took several attempts to get it right, and you should pick a different roofing company unless you like half-assed repairs.

Worst roofing company ever.  If I could give even less than one star I would.  They were tasked with redoing the flat, commercial roof of the building I run my business out of.  The building didn't leak until after roofers from Cable's came out and did what sounded like held a track meet above our heads.  Maybe I just caught them during breaks, but when I did see them outside, they were lounging about either on the edge of the roof or around their work truck drinking energy drinks.  After several of us tenants complained about the ceiling spilling water into a common area and onto the toilet in the only bathroom in the building, the roofers came out again.  The roof still leaked.  The good news is that the leaks were fixed the THIRD time a crew came out, and while Daryl (I think that was his name), was awesome , Cable's really, REALLY needs to be more cognizant about who they're having do repairs.  Sending the good roofers out to get the job done right the first time means there aren't angry people writing bad reviews.

While the ceiling no longer leaks, during the rain we had earlier this evening, water was pouring from the roof onto a poorly sealed window in my office.  While I'm not blaming Cable's for the window's lack of integrity, I am aggravated that there's a drainage thing for the roof near the window, yet the amount of water on the window was like a hose was spraying at it.  I did check my other window to verify that we weren't, in fact, experiencing torrential hurricane level rains.  I'm now the proud owner of a wet vac that I didn't particularly want to buy, but found necessary to remove the 2+ gallons of water from my office floor.  The puddle was 0.5 - 1 inch deep.  Unsat.

Super friendly and honest service. John was very upfront with us and always responded quickly to our questions. He was always willing to help and come out, working nonstop to help get us through this proces. They did great work too! Super pleased with our new roof!  Highly recommend this company above the rest!

I would like to thank Paul Johnson and all the team a Cables Roofing. This insurance job was handle by Paul from start to finish. I was told exactly what was happening at all times and the roof was started and finished the same day. I've never had any type of contractor job go so smoothly.  Excellent work. Highly recommended.  Thanks.

My wife recommended this company to her father to have some work completed on his home after the large hailstorm that Smith country had recently went through. He called and set an appointment with the company at which the company did not show up to, they also never called to advise him of any complications. He called the company and the women he spoke to said that they will still be coming out, she would also  find out what had happened then call him back. The women nor anyone from the company called him back. He is very disappointed in the company and he will not recommend them to anyone, he also suggests to call around before calling them.

Awesome roofing and construction company! Very professional and also friendly! Their salesman, John Steele, was with is the entire time, even meeting with our insurance adjuster  it was a great experience and they did an excellent job on our roof and ceiling!
