Quality weights and weight lifting equipment, with a variety of types of equipment. The pool is also nice as is the basketball gym. For a smaller community center the facility and its equipment are of a high quality.

We have had such great experiences with Cabot Parks & Rec.  From swim lessons to sports clinics, they have been organized and strive to provide a safe environment for our kids. Thanks!

The facility is under construction but should be finished soon. The new room with cardio and weight machines is very nice. There is even a racquetball court. The parking lot is being expanded. It's a great place for kids to go after school and play basketball and workout together!
