No frills.  I wish there was a 3.5 option for this place because it's not like this is a state park or anything, but when all of those places were filled up, this place was available, dog-friendly, and the owner was very amiable to us.  It is very clear that many people live there and/or use it as long-time  storage for their RVs.  My husband and I parked for the night and had a really nice view of the mountains and sunset, we had great working full hookups and stayed in the back so we had relative privacy.  It looks like the only other review of this place entails personal beef which really shouldn't figure in to a true review of an experience of this place as an RV park, especially when you're in need.

We had dealings with them as well. Ripped us off several thousands of dollars on property he did not even own when they said they did.... The owner foreclosed on them, we were paying monthly and they never paid the rent to the owner?  They are defineatly the worst realtors and property managers in the area.   Flat out Crooks....bad name....

Had a terrible experience here and I would advise everyone to go elsewhere. My bad experience mostly had to do with the realtor Steven Taylor that manages this park. I stayed there for 2 months spring of 2011. The park was not finished, it had the bare essentials and that is it. When I pulled my trailer in it was very wet, Steven Taylor came to supervise. The lot number we wanted looked really muddy but Steven assured us it was alright to pull into. I pulled in and my truck and trailer sunk in the mud. We had to call a tow truck to pull us out which damaged the front bumper of my truck. Steven and I agreed that he would pay for the tow truck and that we would pay for the damage to my truck. When we left the park 2 months later, we never received our $100 deposit back. We called Steven and he said that it went to pay for the tow truck and denied saying that he would take care of it. He took care of the tow truck bill with our deposit money. He is a lying thief and there is no way that I would do business with him or with any other Taylor realtor in Logan UT. He has handled the deposit issue very unprofessionally and starts yelling at me any time I call or visit to discuss it. There are other RV parks in Logan with competitive rates and will offer the amenities that they promise you, I would go to one of them.
