Have gone there for years and suddenly experienced awful customer service from the seamstress. I brought a pair of workout pants there that had holes needing to be fixed, but when I picked them up a week later there were still holes in the pants that had been missed. I brought them back today to show the owner and streamsress that they were not fully fixed even though I paid $8 upon picking them up. The seamstress got an attitude and kept ignorantly and arrogantly telling me she did her job and denying she left holes in my pants. Instead of providing customer service to a loyal customer, the owner just let the seamstress rudely speak to me and reluctantly walk away agreeing to fix the pants the way she should have the first time I brought them in paid.

I would rate them zero stars if I could on this form.  The lady at the front counter was unbelievably rude and actually screamed at me. She had a bad attitude from the moment I walked in. When I started to check the four shirts I had dropped to see if the stains has been removed she said "are you going to pay me now or what, I have other customers". I said I was checking the job she had done and when I found that every shirt was still full of stains and new ones were even added ( they left the sticker that says stain on while being laundered and the glue was in the linen fabric now) she said its the best they can do without even looking at it. She refused to try to wash them again and screamed at me again that I need to pay now $31 for my newly stained shirts . She was miserable, rude, disrespectful, attacked my character and on a basic level they are an awful cleaning service. I recommend people to go to any other cleaners in Boca besides this awful place.

RUDE _ RUDE _ RUDE
I brought 2 pair of shorts in and asked to have the holes fixed. BEFORE any work was done - I request a phone call to let me know how much it would cost. Several days later I went to pick up shirts and the woman at the desk also had the shorts repaired. She wanted to charge me $27.00 for each pair of shorts. $54 to sew up two little holes !!!!
I was not happy - I asked why she didn't call me?  She forgot... She offered to give me 50 % off because she realized it was her mistake. I told her that they should be free - that is when she turned NASTY. I will never return to this store in the Polo Shoppes.
I recommend that anyone else who else clothes to dry clean or to be altered find another place to bring your clothes.

I never had any problem , the clothes is done on time and reasonable prices.
