Great customer service!!! They have a new seamstress and she does a really good job and they have fair prices.

Dropped off slacks to be hemmed and tunic top to be dry cleaned.  When I went to pick them up, they gave me only the slacks.  Asked where is the top?  Lady told me I never dropped off a blouse while my receipt clearly said two pieces... she searched the shop and could not find it.  She said she'd check "the plant" over the weekend and to come back Monday.  On Monday she told me she had found it but it hadn't been delivered back from plant yet. On Tuesday, same story.  I took a friend who speaks Spanish with me and then found out she was lying the whole time.  They gave my blouse to someone else....  So she out and out lied to me this whole time.  I WILL NEVER USE THIS DRY CLEANERS AGAIN!  (I had to give it one star to post this but seriously they are a minus 5)

This place is terrible. Not only are they expensive, but they ruined my wife's blouse. Yet, in my stupidity, I kept going back. This past week, the dry cleaning I dropped off, which was promised for Friday and Saturday, was incomplete on Tuesday. This was the third time in a row that the date they promised was not accurate. When I politely told the lady that this was the 3rd time in a row, she smirked and laughed. Needless to say, this is the last time I will step foot inside this overly priced, under delivering dry cleaner.
