Tuesday evening, I found out that my girlfriend had to fly home to be with her dad. I found this out around 6:30 pm, and this store was already closed by then. I called this store at about the same time and reached someone to my surprise. I told them of the situation, and they gladly waited for me to get the flowers that I ordered for my girlfriend's birthday. The blue-and-white and white hydrangeas were beautiful, and my girlfriend loved them! I highly recommend this place, and I would gladly buy from them again. Thank you Flowerama for this great experience!

Flo the manager was absolutely wonderful to work with. She put together wedding flowers for me over the phone on very short notice. Exactly what I wanted. Beautiful. Fresh. Perfect! Highly recommend that you see Flo whenever you need flowers. She's the BEST!

I just received flowers for Mother's Day from this florist (32nd St & Cactus location in Phoenix). They were supposed to be delivered yesterday (on Mother's' Day - I doubt they were even open) and they claimed they tried, but did not call or make other efforts. No sticker on the door. No efforts with neighbors. The arrangement selected by my daughter was beautiful. The delivery? Six pink roses, lots of little wimpy carnations, some burgundy mum type flower - small, very minimal among of greenery. This was not artfully arranged but shoved in to a too tall vase. Water a bit gray and slightly murky. If I could post pics I would. Delivery was about 1/4 - 1/3 the size the arrangement should have been. VERY poor service. No skills with flowers. Do not waste your money here.
