I am extremely disappointed in this company!  we are supposed to be on a refill schedule.  Well, they have not filled the tank in over 5 months.  Supposedly they have a monitoring system that monitors your level of propane so this problem does not occur.  Well, it doesn't work.  Woke up this morning to a freezing house.  Called the heating repair to come out thinking it was the system only to find out we are out of propane!  It just so happens my son and his family are arriving from out of town today with a 1 year old.  We called at 8 a.m. right when Cadenhead opened.  Their lack of care or willingness to help up was appalling.  We have been on the phone with them several times and what a frustrating experience. Four hours later still no propane.  Michelle was nice enough, and I get it, she answers the phone, however,  there certainly was no sense of urgency on her part.  Apparently they are in no hurry to make sure we have heat.  They did not even apologize!!  It is 20 degrees outside.  Inside is about 50 now.  Honestly, I will find another propane company.  The main reason we went with this company is because of their so called monitoring system.  Cadenhead,  perhaps you should send your customer service and managers to a course to learn how true customer service works because yours is awful!!  If I could give no star I would but to post you have to give at least 1 star.  VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER.

We are a retired couple that ran out of propane on the week end. We called Cadenhead which we had used before and spoke with a man in the office who assured they would deliver Sunday or Monday. When we called Monday morning a very rude sarcastic woman answered the phone and told my husband it would be end of the week before they would come. He told her we had called on Sat. and been told it would be Mon. She denied that and let us know it would be end of the week. I would rearrange deliveries of an older person called with no heat and no gas. Shame on this company and we are telling all neighbors not to use them.

Best propane service I have experienced thus far! Friendly drivers, great costumer service and fair prices. I have tried two other companies and Cadenhead has blown them out of the water! They have a customer for life with me.

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!!!!! Family-owned, family-operated and family-friendly!! I have enjoyed doing business with John and his team and encourage EVERYONE to give them a shot!

I have used Cadenhead at three of my properties for over 30 years and they are the best. From their autofill program to spreading your bills out across the year, they have made things easy and convenient. Also whenever I have an unusual problem, ie. need a gas line inspection for my preschool or actually had to replace a gas line at one of my locations, Cadenhead came out promptly and provided very professional service at really reasonable prices. I really appreciate these folks.
