Called today to get an estimate on adding gas to our new home. "Kathy" answered the phone and when I had questions about the extensive "jargon" she was using that those not in the gas business have no way of understanding, she spoke to me in an extremely disrespectful, rude, and condescending manner. I asked why on earth she would react this way to questions and she began raising her voice and yelling at me on the phone! A NEW potential customer who was asking for info on their services?!! It doesn't get worse than this. Stay far away.

Not for portable propane tank service. The "Closed for Lunch" & "Dock Closed" (translation: no work can be done on propane cylinders)
signs are seemingly permanently affixed to the front door. I've tried several times over 10 days to get a tank filled. Filling home tanks must be their gig?
BTW, your place smells like gas!
