The hotel rooms are large and nice.  The people have always been good to me and are friendly.  The buffet doesn't have a big selection but the food is good and is regularly refreshed.  My favorite at the buffet is the stir-fry Grill.  No charge for valet as well

Love the Casino.  Like to go and have wings @ Legends. Then hit penny slots with $ 20 bucks. Win or lose. I'm out after THAT.
Just went to see Alice Cooper and I just want to send  HUGE SHOUT OUT TO JENNA. SHE WAS AN USHER THAT EVENING ON M2. I WAS WITH MY BFF. WHO HAS M.S. THAT NIGHT SHE WAS VERY OFF BALANCE AND HAVING A HARD TIME WALKING DOWN THE AISLE TO OUR SEAT. JENNA WENT TO THE ROW BELOW
 PUT HER ARM.OUT FOR HER TO STABLE HERSELF. THE OTHER PEOPLE IN OUR ROW WERE SO KIND THEY EVEN HOPPED OVER THEIR SEATS TO THE EMPTY ROW BEHIND TO.ALLOW HER EXTRA ROOM. WHEN LEAVING. JENNA WAS RIGHT THERE TO ASSIST ME TO A SEAT WHILE SHE WENT TO GET HER WALKER.  SHE EVEN ESCORTED US ALMOST THE ENTIRE WAY OUT.
THANK YOU JENNA YOU WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND. FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART. YOU ARE AMAZING YOUNG WOMEN. WITH A HUGE HEART!

I really enjoyed my stay. The pool and sauna area was really nice.  I'll definitely go back again.  My only complaint was the table amounts.  They had one $5 table and the rest were $15 and $25. I prefer $10 tables to start out with and then move up to the bigger tables if I'm winning.

I frequent Caesars in Vegas but this was my first time in Windsor.   The casino itself was similar and nice.  Nero’s was amazing but the other food spots we had were less satisfactory.    The pool was nice but not huge, good views of the river and downtown Detroit.  The disappointing part to us was the room itself.  It wasn’t overly clean and for a newer hotel the finishes were not nice at all.   Bathroom handles you would expect in a super 8, not Caesars palace.   We also tried to order room service off their clearly labeled all day menu, which stated 7 am to 1045 pm, and they wouldn’t serve us because it wasn’t noon yet.   We ordered something else and when it did come there the person who dropped it off was very rude, and there was a disgusting amount of floaties in the water we ordered.   All this being said we did have fun and may give them another try based on how I feel about Caesars in Vegas.

Windsor Caesars Casino is my favorite "local" casino. Although I'm from Waterford Michigan,  i prefer Windsor because it's smoke free and has the most wonderful staff! These lovely people are warm, friendly and always go the extra mile. One person I'll never forgot is Brad in security who last January helped me to find a lost $700 ticket. Who does that when it was totally my error. I love this place. Happy New Year to all of the awesome persons here!
