Amazing little cafe with a great menu. 💖 The employees are extremely kind and always willing to help. It is my go-to place to grab a drink or a some food with my friends. Plus, they are very Service Animal friendly and I had no issues with them or their customers.

Probably the best small specialty tea and small plate Asian cuisine place in the area.  Great cleanliness, atmosphere, and a unique selection.  Everything is prepared fresh which is impressive considering the volume of customers they serve.

I want to recognize that this place has outstanding service.  I didn't like the first item I ordered, and the whole staff bent over backwards to find something I would love and be sure I was happy.  This keeps me coming back!

Just a wonderful business! The employees are resectful and patient, the boba, smoothies, teas, and coffees are delicious, and the atmosphere and environment is warm and welcoming. I'm my happiest when I'm at Cafe Boba!

Favorite snack place in Grand Rapids.  My mom always insists on grabbing bubble tea here when she comes to see me at college!  There are a ton of options, and they just added those egg waffles that have been popular in Hong Kong for a while.  They've got good vegetarian and vegan(?) snack options too (veggie dumplings, soba).  Amazing place to study or kick back with friends.  There's always art on the walls and games in the cabinet.  It's kid-friendly, too!
