Visited this Cafe on a weekend for dinner and had some amazing food. We ordered beef, fish and steak and everything was fresh and delicious. For dessert we ordered the meringue with ice cream and it was just outstanding! They also have a good wine collection. Highly recommended this place !! A must visit! Their fondue is highly recommend as well, so maybe next time.
Amazing little gem. I got their classic fondue and thought I wouldn't be able to eat it by myself because of the size, but it was too good - the whole bowl was wiped clean. The steak with butter and mustard was also delicious, and the pineapple and Basil dessert fantastic. The staff are sweet and accommodating and really want you to have a great experience. The food comes out very fast as well. One thing to note - we went one day at 3 because the hours said it would be open. Open does not mean serving food! If you want food, you need to be there well before 2pm. After that it's open for drinks only. I went back the next day at noon and it was worth it. Highly recommend!
Great fondue, great service and amazing atmosphere. It is one of the most iconic places in Geneva and if you want to eat fondue or dessert for that matter, it is the best place to go. The prices are very affordable. We went there twice. They also have gluten free bread which was nice.
Great food and alcohol choices! The fondue was really delicious. Waiter was also kind to recommend the dishes to try and the right portion sizes! Would recommend anyone visiting Geneva to drop by - reservations recommended!
The fondue was just superb. Deliciously smooth and fragrant. Had the Malakoff as well for a thoroughly cheesy dinner. Staff were very welcoming. The place is slightly off the city center but totally worth the 15 minute journey by bus.
A charming restaurant with top notch food. You feel like you stepped back in time. The service is excellent and the atmosphere was wonderful. My wife ordered the lamb chops special and it was delicious and my steak frites with their home made butter was to die for.
We were here for lunch and ordered fondue. The chef put in white wine in the fondue, and it was indeed more tasty. If you don't like strong alcohol taste, you could wait for it to be cooked a little longer.
Excellent! We ate outside in the late afternoon and everything was delicious. Steak and chips were, my son said, among the best he's ever had in his life - high praise as he chooses that often. My salad of crevettes and asparagus was also delicious. Just over twenty minutes' pleasant walk from the airport, this place is a great one to know about.
Excellent restaurant to try Swiss food. Their signature dish, the Fondue, was beyond my expectations: creamy, rich of flavour, perfect to eat with bites of fresh crunchy bread. I also tried a wild boar filet mignon, served with an interesting combo of pumpkin, pear and linguine pasta: the result is great, mixing the pungent taste of the meat with the sweetness of the sides. The waiter was very gentle and helpful. The price is fair.
The fondu was amazing! And their lentil salad was so tasty! The service was quick and friendly! A great way for me to start my trip in Switzerland
