Still pulling pieces of plastic or wax paper out of my mocha frappe... seems to be in the whipped cream topping... was definitely at the bottom of my drink... wonder how many I've already swallowed at this point.  Edit: One month later and now I have egg shells in my Egg McMuffin. How did I notice? I choked on them.

I should take a video of how long I’ve been standing at the counter waiting for anyone to acknowledge me. I’m literally writing this review after having stood here for over 15 minutes waiting to find out where the order that I put in over 30 minutes ago now is. The store is pretty clean. I’ll give them that. But the service here is pretty dang awful. Multiple employees have walked by without acknowledging me. Pretty sure McDonalds needs to speed up the whole replacing people with robots thing. We’ll all be better off.

Hotrible left and went to Bridgeland location passed my house to get better service. Drive thru screen was not working so i was unable to order properly. I wanted to ensure i was not being over charged but staff did not seem to care. The manager and another staff member came outside and seemed to not care and the staff memeber was making faces and laughing. Horrible leadership and customer service.

Stopped by last week on my way home from an appointment drive through did not seem to be operational as it took almost 5 minutes to come to the window. When they did they did not speak any English or didn't feel comfortable enough to speak English.  Which I feel as someone who is an American that should be me something that McDonald's does to prevent mistakes.

Located just south of Townlake on the SW corner Barker Cypress & Tuckerton. Service was a little slow even though there are 2 drive thru lanes because a supply truck was blocking the main lane Totally disappointed on the recent visit. I ordered the #7 combo Home style which looks very unappetizing and nothing like what is shown on the menu and in advertisments. I wonder if suing McDonald's would stop the misrepresentation of the products?

Delicious looking nuggets I stopped by to get on my way to New Braunfels. Looks like old oil or they just dont clean their stuff. $12 wasted on a basket of fries, 20pc and a drink.Food: 1/5

Do not go to this Walmart they are not nice to people who are different like transgender or gay. They fired me because I’m trans. I will be filing at law city to get these people and will begin my money only actually help me and she couldn’t do anything when they fired me, I’m so sorry you guys had to hear this, but I really hope you guys and go hear their food is horrible. They gave me some cold food when they are when I went on break they did not brace the workers brakes and it was so horrible working eight hour shifts 10 hours so horrible. I hope you guys go here

My six year old loves this place. The chicken Mcnuggets is the only thing he will eat, and he leaves the French fries. I, as an adult, haven't eaten here in about 30 yrs. So I got a double burger  and I remembered why.Food: 1/5

It is disheartening to witness young individuals putting in extended hours, potentially compromising their education and overall health. This not only reflects poorly on the establishment’s commitment to responsible employment practices but also prompts serious ethical questions.  I hope this issue is promptly addressed to ensure the well-being of your employees, especially those who are underage. Such situations can tarnish the reputation of a well-known brand like McDonald’s, and I trust that steps will be taken to rectify this concerning matter.  I will be calling this matter in as well. Minors at the age of 16 and 17 years of age and having school working them until 1 or 2 in the morning . Management is terrible trying to embarrass little girls to break their heart because they want to be petty at their grown age.

Repeat instances of bad frappes. Food items have been good. This morning's had both the consistency and taste of maybe the rinse water used to clean the blender container they're made in. This isn't the first one I've thrown out, and don't count on the corporate complaint systems to do much either, assuming you can get the web version of it to even work in the first place.
