I love Cafe Gratitude. They offer amazing vegan food, smoothies and drinks. The vibe is very chill and homey. Each time I have been it is typically a little busy, but I've never waited longer than a couple minutes. The eggplant with spaghetti squash was delicious!! All food is fresh with clean ingredients. Wonderful attentive staff. Food usually comes within 10-15 minutes. Glass bottles of purified tap water are on every table without ice, which I personally prefer.

We walked into Café Gratitude and we're in awe of the atmosphere and feeling that hits you as you walk in the door. We sat at the bar and talked with our waiter, Jon and he walked us through their expansive menu riddled with fun names and mouth watering dishes such as "Wholesome, Happy, and Grateful." Wonderful service fantastic prices and amazingly flavorful dishes. A very relaxing feeling and down to earth staff. Wishing we would have eaten every meal here.

I missed an opportunity to visit Cafe Gratitude in Los Angeles, so was excited to find out there was one in Kansas City, MO. We took a short day trip to KC and stopped in for lunch. I wasn't disappointed. The atmosphere was pleasing with local art on the walls, and an elaborate mural in the back of the restaurant. The server was knowledgeable and helpful with our various food allergies. The food came out in a timely manner, and by the time we finished the lunch crowd had dissipated. The food was flavorful and presented well. I found I was wanting more of the salad. I hope to return when the budget allows. One of the things about sit down restaurants, they tend to cost a bit more than order at the counter cafes. If your veg curious or full on vegan, don't miss this great little cafe in the heart of the Arts District in Kansas City, MO.

Overall good stay, hotel located in convenient place close to shopping area and other landmarks but still quiet. Decent price. Room is well sized and clean. Front desk and other staff members were friendly. However breakfast can be improved to have more varieties and can be open for bit long time.

As a lifetime (of the restaurant) patron, and a brief employee, I love Cafe Gratitude. First, I do believe that their food is delightful. It is thoughtful and interesting with a dedication to organic and healthy food that is infrequently matched. Second, they have a culture that is welcoming and warm. They ask questions of the day like "what are you grateful for?", which I love. They have literature on living a life of abundance in food and people. Lastly, I just like being there. Get the whole bowl with a rejuvenating, definitely worth the visit.
