One of Provo’s best Fresh Mex restaurants. The flavor is very good and original and the ingredients are fresh. The inside is nothing special but there are many tables. In the summer there are a few tables outside that allow you to enjoy the weather while eating. They have a selections of different hot sauces that you can put on your food after getting your order. Try their tres leches. It’s great. The only bad thing about this location is that it is crowded at most times, and the staff rush your through your order in a fashion that resembles an assembly line.

Awesome food despite being the only store left while they tear the whole strip mall down. I guess it was worth it to keep that store as the lines are huge at times! Plan ahead and if it's busy then you can phone in your order and not have to wait. Our first visit there were over 100 people in line and we were amazed. Great food!

I love cafe Rios food, but this Provo store is TERRIBLE. ESPECIALLY when it comes to online orders. My order was supposed to be done at 5:45 and I waited for 10 minutes for someone to even acknowledge that I was standing obviously at the take-out counter. A simple “I’ll be with you in a minute” would’ve sufficed, but everyone was trying to not make eye contact. When someone finally got to me 15 minutes later, they told me my order wasn’t even READY. I will NOT be coming back to this location. I keep trying to give them a chance, but they cease to change or train their employees properly. Do not come here unless you want to leave frustrated, angry, and starving.

The food is usually pretty darn good, but these poor guys are TOTALLY understaffed on Friday nights. I had to wait 10 min after I got to the front of the pick up window for phone orders, and this was after waiting 20 minutes in that line. They were backed up enough that they were not making orders until you got to the front of the pickup phone order line. I finally got through (30 minutes after my pick up time) but this place needs a few more workers on Friday nights. I just felt bad for the cashier who was getting chewed out by everyone in that line. Hire some more people for Fridays!

The line was huge but that's because it was double points day. I went about a week later and there was a line, but they moved through it quickly and it wasn't that long. The food is good though and the atmosphere is fun, relaxed, and makes a great place to get food from!
