Where do we start... Dirty plates, raw food, cold pizza, and poor service. We will NOT be going back. We started our experience at about 11:30. I thought that would be a good time to have some fresh food. When we got to our table with our food, the supreme pizza had cold olives and peppers the Pepperoni and Jalapeno was only a little better. The pepperoni and potato pizzas were acceptable but not really hot. So, we went to complain and were told "the pizzas are under heat lamps, you're OK." So, we tried their pasta and garlic knots. The pasta sauce tastes like it was from the jar that I could have gotten at the store. The knots were raw. At first, I just thought they were just piled on the plate so the bottom ones were squished but, when I got it to my table, it was clearly raw. When my daughter went back to get more pizza, she had to look through 4-5 plates before she found a clean one. Finally, we get to desert which has always been the highlight of going and that too was cold and unsatisfying. Provo has had a few all-you-can-eat pizza places and every one of them has been better than Pizza Pie Cafe. We wish we never even went today.

Pizza Pie Cafe is a good place to get lots of food. Even though the quality of the pizzas isn't super high, it's tasty and they have lots of options. They have a pretty big salad bar and also a pasta bar with various types of pastas and sauces. You can frequently find a coupon to get some pretty good discounts. This seems like a good place for large or small parties.

Fun place for a group party! The buffet is cheap and so is the quality of the food, but the variety is great! And honestly, it doesn't taste too bad! On top of the regular pizza and dessert pizzas, there are several types of pasta with various sauces. There is also the salad bar, which is actually really good and is probably the best quality food there.

Fantastic buffet option for family outings, dates or if you're just on the mood for pizza. They offer a great variety of pizzas including amazing dessert pizzas! Try the Oreo one! That's my favorite! They're also amazing at keeping the pizza stocked even when it's busy.

The variety of pizza, especially dessert pizza, is always a draw, and the price is alluring. But the salad bar is a bit less kept up and sanitary than desirable, and servers at the pasta bar will sometimes measure and dish your linguini with bare hands. Between that and just acceptable quality of the main draw, pizza, it rates as good but not great.
