Pros:  Delicious food.  Daily deals.  Great staff.  Generous rewards program.  Cons:  Busy lunch rush (go early or late).  Half the seating is outside (bring a jacket).  Highly recommend Cafe Rio.

This place is amazing! The food is great and the service is amazing. All the workers try their best to satisfy all the customers. It’s funny watching how some people try to give them a hard time just because they can’t afford the food or can get what they want. They don’t understand they make everything from scratch. The freshness of the food is worth the wait.

No need to call ahead. Actually takes longer than going thru the walk-in line. Only time it pays if you get a Special of the day since it's a pretty good deal. Otherwise, overpriced for okay food. Only reason I go is convenience to work. We need more options. Waited almost half hour AFTER pickup time for my food. Awful service!

As always Cafe Rio has amazing fresh food that always leaves me full, satisfied, and happy. Burritos = happiness. Mint Limeade is delicious!

It's a nice concept and I like that they are conscientious about quality ingredients. It was my first time there. Unfortunately the beans and meat I chose were served up lukewarm and not as flavorful as I would have liked. The person in front of me in line had to have some changes made to his order while our bowls set they're getting cold before they finished them. Not sure I will go out of my way to return.
