Always friendly and not nearly as expensive as Starbucks or as loud as Starbucks can be during the school year. Patrons vary from baby boomers in the morning to ladies groups (that's when the volume goes up) later in the morning to a potpourri of personalities of all ages throughout the day. Young ladies working here and friendly and engaging.

We went in on Saturday May 30th and drove into the drive thru. The time was approximately 5:50pm. My brother in law decided he wanted to go in to see what snacks they had because we were heading to a recital for my niece that was being held at Timberline. My sister parked her car and the 4 of us went in. There was a woman at the counter being helped already and as we could see 1 person working with a couple tables of other customers already there. I looked at my phone to see the time which was now 5:53pm. We waited behind the woman that was already there and when she finished we approached the counter to be helped. The blonde female that was working advised me that they close at 6:00pm and that we needed to leave because she was closed now and she wasn't going to serve us. I stared at her in disbelief that she saw us come in , wait in line while she took her time helping the last customer and then told us to leave because it was closing time. Before I could respond my mom told her that she could have told us that before we stood there for 10 minutes. As I turned to walk out I looked at the clock on my phone and it said it was 6:03pm. I am very disappointed with the level of customer service or should I say lack there of. I have worked in many many places that closed at certain times but if there were customers in line before that time we certainly did not ask them to leave and refuse service we took care of them. I will not be returning to this location and hope that the other locations provide a higher standard of customer service.
