This Library is perfect! Been going here for 3 years now I also live 2 Miles from the library. I go to get my work done, also quiet there so that it is easy to concentrate on your school work. Or anything else that you have to do.

miles to my house in Polk co.  22 miles to Polk co library from my house. We went to this library since it opened...story time and other activities.  So one day we go to checkout with my grandson and they say $20.00.  I didn't have it!  I said that was a bit expensive. I felt so sad for my grandson having to put back the books he had spent so much time chosing.  Then the cranky old woman said "you aren't really supposed to come to this library"!  After all the years I've been going there that was my good by. That old bat did a nice job of making us feel welcome.
