Training with Stefanie is changing my life in so many ways.  Even though I am still working with the fall out of injuries from a serious accident, Stefanie is willing to modify as much as is necessary to allow me to keep working out.  She inspires me and teaches me safe ways to get in my workouts.  She has that 
rare combination of highly skilled, very professional, and warm and friendly.  She is skilled in working with people at all levels of ability.  I highly recommend her!!

I could not be more pleased!  I am doing things today that I've never done before.  Stefanie does a great job of assessing, training, and motivating.

On a scale of 1-10 ... I place Cain Coaching at 11! Stefanie is very knowledgeable , lots of fun to be with, and quite a motivator.
