I have ordered many cakes and pay extra if I need to in order to get the cake I want. And with no hesitation I never low ball peoples work. I had ordered a cake for my daughters sweet 16 and was told the cake would look similar to the cake I wanted. I was very disappointed! The first photo is the cake I ordered the second photo is the cake that Caked Las Vegas.That cake was not worth the EXTRA $850 I was charged. The roses that were put on the cake were burned and old. My flower person had to remove the roses and replace them with other roses I paid to put around the cake. I will not ever order cakes from this place again.

A great place to go for amazing cupcakes for parties and celebrations. The cupcakes are moist and the cream and different flavors options takes them to a whole new level. Try this place out and get ready for a sugar rush!

This cute little bakery did a wonderful job on my daughter's birthday cupcakes. The price was perfect and the details were amazing. Delicious too.

Horrible customer service ! I was told to come in  person to place a custom order and  once  I get to the shop, employees can’t place an order if the boss is not in the shop. employees  refuse to call him  to get a quote for me a small simple 6” cake. also was told that he won’t be in until the next  around 10-2 only. Totally unacceptable! I was told I had to come in person to place a custom order,    I wasted  my time and my gas  40 mins drive.     DONT WASTE YOUR TIME with a company that don’t value their customers.

Place looked great outside came in to try some dessert out got Nutella cheese cake and a cup cake the cheese cake did had like the fridge taste and unfortunately have my the wrong cupcake  but the cupcake I got was good

If I could give this business 0/5 stars I would. I ordered a cake for my friend's birthday and had requested for the cake to be delivered closer to evening time for the friend's birthday dinner. Caked delivery person called me out of the blue before 10 AM on delivery day to deliver the cake. I was caught off guard, and let them know I had no fridge to keep the cake until the evening. The delivery driver assured me after checking with his "boss" that the cake could stay out with no issue. Unfortunately, by the time we were going to dinner the cake had melted as there was no fridge in my hotel room. She had no cake to blow candles out with. I contacted Caked at the end of my evening and they were apologetic and offered a refund. But then they completely GHOSTED me and stopped responding. This was horrible customer service and they should let people know before hand if delivery times are changing not wait until the early morning to wake people up. They just grossly mishandled this and I am surprised they have the audacity to charge the prices they do,  treat customers poorly and deliver a low quality product.

I tried to buy 3 dozens of cupcakes. And the lady there told me she could only sell me 1 dozen. I’ve been coming to this establishment since 2018. And am always buying dozens of cupcakes. But this one time I was denied 3 dozens. Why? She didn’t say. Customer service is weird af. Maybe we’ll come back. Maybe we won’t. Way too pricey to be treated like that.

I was quite impressed with the overall quality of the purchased items very tasty cupcakes!. However, customer service was severely lacking. My companion asked a couple very simple questions regarding the composition of one of the items, and the queries were received as if we were speaking another language. Admittedly my customer service expectations are quite low since the onset of covid, but if fundamental questions such as, "Does that cupcake have a buttercream frosting?" or even, "What's in that cupcake?" cannot be answered, it's a bit concerning. Two different employees were unable to answer these basic questions after a few minutes, a third employee who was working nearby overheard the questions, jumped in, and easily provided the answers. If you're selling food products, I think some knowledge of the actual items being sold should be a prerequisite. Equally strange was the fact the store "only takes exact change when paying with cash." Huh? So I am unable to pay for my $10.79 order with a $20 bill? Ok, I'll use my credit or debit card, but I still found that bizarre.

Just please be aware if you plan on making any large catering orders you HAVE to specifically ask how they are going to package it. They just put everything ordered into one large box, mixing different items. We specifically listed and ordered them a certain way in the email to split them among our staff and we're unable to do so, leaving half our staff with nothing. Catering orders are done via email and left for communication errors, which has just happened. Not once was I offered to speak to someone and they even say on their voice recording to not call in for catering orders. We spent over $600 in products to be left unsatisfied. They refused to help correct the situation or accommodate us in ANY way. I personally will not use them and we will no longer be utilizing them for any of our hospitals!

Not only did they last minute save me on forgetting my wife’s 30th birthday cake, they nailed the design I sent in. Well done Caked, y’all know what you are doing. Thank you!
