I want to give this place 5 stars, but I don't feel like the cinnamon rolls are spectacular. Don't get me wrong...they're good, just not oooey gooey fantastic like I feel a cinnamon roll should be. The concept is pretty neat though where you can customize your cinnamon roll with different frosting and toppings.
This I have to say is very light and airy surprisingly. It's not over the top sweet and the dough seems to taste on the more healthier side. It's a way to splurge without feeling full or "its too sweet".
I ordered a bakers box and ended up getting 12 separate cinnamon rolls. Through the website its listed as costing around $55 for a bakers box, ultimately i payed $80 for individual cinnamon rolls. The cinnamon rolls werent bad and i waited 30 minutes for it but the attitude that came with the employee was what threw me off. Maybe its covid, but i don't get why someone should be angry I ask what strawberry cinnamon roll items are on the menu and what the difference is between the three choices.
If you want a cinnamon roll, go to Cinnabon. If you want a cinnamon roll with toppings this is the place to go to. It's good.
This place should be illegal! Omg if you don’t try it your missing out. Please open a cinnaholic in Arizona, I’ll promote you don’t worry. FYI anything and all is great on the menu.
I was excited to try this place because it had pretty good reviews but it the cinnamon roles do not taste good at all. I got a plain cinnamon roll with vanilla frosting and strawberries and it tasted horrible. I took one bite and told them it didn’t taste good and that I’d like a refund. One of the employees was on the phone with his manager and claimed they were refusing to give a refund. It was frustrating because I honestly just wanted to leave at that point but he gave us no other choice but to get a new one which tasted equally as terrible. The boy talking to the manager over the phone needs an attitude adjustment and the “manager” he was on the phone with needs some better customer service skills. Don’t waste your money, because not only did I spend $7 bucks on horrible food, the employee and manager were incredibly rude. I don’t recommend this place at all.
For a place that specializes in cinnamon rolls, the cinnamon roll is a 5/10 at best. The outside is dry and the frosting is fine. 710 calories for the basic! Better making your own or else Costco Cinnamon Rolls are way better!
So it was my boyfriend’s birthday and we decided to head over to Cinnaholic. As soon as we got there, the customer service was horrible. We were barely greeted by a bearded, husky, disgruntled looking employee. This was just before 10pm and they close at 11pm, so there was still another hour before closing. The employee took and prepared our order of four rolls with the attitude like it annoyed him. Shortly after we walked in, there were three other customers that entered. They ordered and there was another disgruntled looking female employee that came out from the back. A gentleman ordered with her and I guess she had to go to the back and put another sheet of cinnamon rolls into the oven. As she comes back with the sheet, she rips the plastic off, throws the sheet into the oven and slams the door, then yells across the room to the gentleman “it’s gonna be another 10 minutes”. She was so loud that my boyfriend and I looked up to each other with that “wow” look in our faces. The employee hands us our bag and we head home. We get home and open each roll. We order the Caramel Apple Roll and it did not look appetizing see pic below. It was dry with barely any frosting and he just topped it with raw apples and caramel. I had to take an apple from the fridge, cut it up and heat it with sugar and butter to make caramel apple topping since it was the one my boyfriend was looking forward to. Then I ordered the Summer Sundae Roll which was supposed to come with strawberry frosting, brownie bites. Almonds and rainbow sprinkles. As you can see from the other picture below, he didn’t even bother to put ANY frosting at all on the roll and the brownie bites were so hard it was like eating rocks. Then we ordered two Cookie Dough Cheesecake Rolls and they were made with zero care but had all the ingredients and tasted good. Waste of $29! We’ve had Cinnaholic before from the Centennial location and it was ALWAYS to perfection. I think the owners of this Summerlin location need to find quality employees that reflect the quality of what their rolls should taste like. If you want good Cinnaholic go to the Centennial location!
Simply the best cinnamon roll you can get! Build your own if you don’t want the classic. Different special cinnamon rolls like the creme brûlée. Warm moist roll. Not to sweet just perfect frosting. Must eat in Las Vegas.
OMG it's cinnamon bun heaven, just warning you now it's insanely good. Their brownies are amazing as well. Everyone in my family enjoyed these treats when I brought them home and I know I'm definately going back on my cheat days. The banana foster was so good I couldn't stop eating it, the twix one my husband definately enjoyed, my daughter devoured the banana cream pie one and my son turned into gohlum with his chocolate peanut butter one. If you have a sweet tooth this is DEFINATELY a spot you want to try.. only thing that would make this place over the top is if they did GF ones too.
