Friendly and accommodating staff. They also have a lot of cute stationaries, cards and knick knacks.

I've been going here for more than 8 years. MINA and her team actually know you and care about you! During some of the most difficult times in my life: physically, personally or self safety everyone was a compassionate professional who alway did everything they could for their patients professionally, ethically and humanely. Apparently their bar has been impassable since I had to move; except for Incline Pharmacy.

Rating for non-prescription supplies and medications only. Useful selection of durable medical equipment and supplies but limited hours. Friendly staff but only 2 non-handicap parking spaces, so getting in and out can be a pain or pay to park in medical building garage next door. Can be expensive too.

I used this pharmacy for about six months.  Every month there was an issue.  The issues ranged from 'we don't know who you are' to 'we cannot find your prescription' to 'I don't think we can fill that for you on time'.  BEWARE if you really need medication on a schedule this is not the type of pharmacy you want to work with.  The last straw was when the owner of this pharmacy (Nina) said she would 'think about delivering to me'.  I was very upset because I had a wedding to attend that day and I had told another employee at the pharmacy that I needed my prescription ready before 3 PM.  The next day another person said they didn't think they could do that on time so I was left high and dry for the weekend without my meds.  If you want to work with Cal Oaks, definitely do NOT work with this location.
