Service Manager Frank told me when I left to go get a rental car from Enterprise which they drove me to, would be covered if my car was under warranty.  This was replaced a little longer than a year ago.  Service Manager Frank said he would get to it probably later that day when I dropped it off.  I called Frank Thursday evening and he told me they would receive the part in the morning and have it completed by Friday evening and I told him that was okay because I had the rental.  At this point, I felt Frank knew that I was not paying for the rental, because he told me it was under warranty at that time.  To make a long story shorter Cal Worthington Ford had my car from the morning of December 28, 2017 to the evening of January 2, 2018.  That is a six day rental.  Enterprise charged me $500, since Cal Worthington Ford said they were not paying for the car, even though it was repaired under warranty.  By the way Frank never called me first, I had to call him for the updates.  Horrible customer service by Frank.

Great experience, great people, great dealership!!!! Thank you so much Worthington Ford!!!  I am a returning customer--1st time was in 2008---no pressure, no hassles and I loved my SUV; now, in 2017, I again returned and really a great experience--I drove away in a newer SUV, which I love!  I got what I wanted--just as I did back in 2008!  Worthington has been around for a very long time and they are a in my opinion, a "family."  They have experience and know their stuff!  Oh and I found both my cars I bought from Worthington via internet search and yep, my 2006 was awesome and my new one is awesome!! Fantastic people! A very pleasant experience--- :)  Go check them out--unfortunately you won't see the late Cal and his dog spot, but his legacy lives on--RIP Cal and thank you Worthington and everyone there! :)

I went in nervous expecting the worst but the best service guy Steve made it easy and fast.  He didn't try to sell me anything and was exceptionally patient while I explained the disturbing noises.  I was in and out in no time and my car was ready on the day estimated.  Worthington Ford service is awesomeness!

i bought a ford fiesta from you guys, one you guys lied in the documents that you used to sell the car in regards to the amount of miles and also the fact that the car was no longer under warranty. Then later on when i called because of a problem that i had with the defected ford's transmission you guys  sold me, you guys told me it wasnt your problem, so i went to Caruso Ford where i hadnt bought the car and they fixed it for free. Later i had another problem with the starter of that car and i called and spoke to Scott and explained my situation and he told me i had to call the legal department, and instead of transferring me over to the legal department, he was rude, sarcastic and hung up. So long story short ive bought three cars from you guys, i will never buy from you guys again, very unprofessional, you dont care about your customers, and from now on Caruso has my business and the rest of my familys'. If i could i wouldnt give any stars.
