I was looking at a Buick Lucern they put a new set of good tires on the car. When they brought it out it was all shiny and detailed. I left happy. After I had purchased the car I noticed a damaged part so I drove the car in and talked to the customer service. They took good care of me and let me use a courtesy car while they fixed the problem. The whole time they treated me like a VIP and my customer experience was very good. I plan to be a repeat customer and would recommend them to friends and family. Thank you Germain.

The customer service I received today was top notch. From my check in with Charlie R, the service manager carrying my child’s car seat without being asked, the rental car experience, to the pick up of my explorer. This was my first experience with this dealership and won’t be my last. I will buy/service here from now on because of how wonderful they were today. I wish every business treated you this way. I even made an error on where I was supposed to take my car for service and Charlie made it so smooth and worked me right in without making me feel bad. Thank you!!!

Just a quick review to mention how impeccable and friendly the service/staff are at the service and parts departments. I had my breaks fixed, oil change, brackets installed there. The service is always so efficient. Definitely worth the 35 minute drive to get there!

One month my service report showed normal wear and tear on the tires.  A month or two later, the tires were all like new.  When I pointed out that one or the other of these reports had to be bogus, the service guy said I was right and bring it in,  they'd inspect it.  My battery passed.  I specifically asked them to look at the battery because I don't drive much and it has failed in the past.  I was told the battery was fine.  Here we are, a couple months later and the car won't start.  The battery is completely dead.  Thank you, God, it was parked in the garage.  Imagine if I'd been somewhere late at night.  They offered to have it towed but when I got the bill for the battery, the towing, $96.00, was on my bill.  How many chances do you give them before you say "enough!"  I'm there.  I just called the Lincoln dealer across the street from Germaine and they will be servicing my vehicles from now on.

Every time I have to get my car serviced, I always choose Germain Ford of Columbus. They always greet me with a smile. They tell me any potential costs upfront and they even gave me a rental car when they had to fix something that was under my warranty. Thanks for always treating me with respect!
