While the food quality was great, the service did not welcome my group of 3 regulars to come back. We were overcharged and asked to get a refund or even suggested a gift card for the difference. The cashiers were unable to do either but also even more unwilling to help come up with a solution until we walked up to the register multiple times to talk through it. Additionally, we did not receive two items for which we paid for until asking and reminding the staff that we ordered them. Lastly, one of our orders was brought out incorrect. We were made to feel at fault for their mistakes and that is the furthest you can stray from displaying any form of good customer service.

Yummy Mexican cuisine. Relaxed, self service, take out or eat there. Serves beer.

Customer service was the worst I've ever experienced. Please save yourself the hassle and avoid this place. They are the ones who overcharged me, yet proceeded to give us a hard time about getting our money back. They messed up our order 4 times and without care or eagerness to fix it. I understand mistakes happen and that is fine but the employees have zero customer service skills and as long as they got their money they didn't care if your order was wrong or you were overcharged. This is unfortunate because I liked this place before this happened. Never again.
