horrible experience. my nails are so uneven and crooked and when i asked them to fix it they all had a excuse. never going back. worst 30$ spent.

I visited Cali Pro Nails a couple of weeks ago, using a Christmas gift card to their salon my husband gave me. This was my first time there, and it was not the experience I was hoping for. I told the lady at the front specifically what color I wanted, and she informed me she would let the young lady who was to do my nails that evening that she would let her know. I wanted green matte solar nails. I had my nails done, and the young lady seemed nervous as she was doing my nails. She was friendly, however I don't think she had had much experience with doing solar nails on other people. I bled, my nail was crooked, and thickness of the nail was much thinner than I had ever experienced. Then she proceeded to paint my nails red, instead of green. I quickly showed her the picture and ask her if she was doing the nails that I had requested, and she said yes. Apparently there was a misunderstanding. She finished them as a red color, and although it was a nice color it was definitely not the color I had requested. She apologized, but the manager offered no compensation for their mistakes. Within one week of having my nails done, two of them broke because they were so brittle. I have been getting solar nails done for several years, and I've never had this experience before! I hope that this review will be helpful to other future customers and to Cali Pro Nails to improve their services, especially for first-time visitors.

Terrible!! I only gave them a star because it was required for a review... The first time I went here the guy was 20 minutes late and I was told he was late because he was out partying; once he got there he did my nails and used the wrong top coat. I had let my nails dry for 15 minutes or so and asks the girl if they were good, when she checked everything came off! I then spent another hour getting them done the right way. Today I have them a second chance. Once again awful!! They asked me to pay before my nails were done, I payed down the money and the girl asked where her tip was. I told her she could have one when my nails were done. She cut my fingers up incredibly bad! She didn't shape all of them and when I accidentally bumped one she refused to fix it! When I was fixing to leave she asked for a tip again. Appalled by her question and how she has handled my nails I told her no and she gave me and awful look. I do NOT recommend this place!!

i have tried most of the nail places in owasso and all of them have good people and bad people doing nails.  i finally found a great girl names Cecilla that did my pedi and shelac  nails at christmas time.  she gives a great massage and is very very detailed.  the owner is a sweet lady and will try to make anything right if you just talk to her.  my suggestion is if you find somebody you really like keep note of their name and keep going to them. :)

I am so happy with the service I receive at Cali Pro Nails. Linnie gives an excellent solar manicure. Lynn does a wonderful pedicure. I am so grateful to have discovered Cali Pro Nails. 😊👍🏼
