They require a membership and then make it really hard to cancel. You need to go to the location and pick up a cancellation form and mail it. Really? Everything is online now, why can't I just fill out a form and send it? Or better yet, just call and cancel? Overpriced scam in my opinion. Steer clear.

They have jacked up my account twice now and made me pay for something that wasnt my fault. First time card expired no big deal my fault but then they don't change it and o get blasted with late fees and collecting charges of $48 I gave up and payed it and they said they would fix it then now 3 months later turns out they put my pard info in wrong and are now trying to charge me almost $100 in fees for not paying...how it that my fault you put my card in wrong and didn't charge me that's on you people and I should not have to pay this crap it's not my fault you don't have it together! Sick of this and totally done with this company.

Ridiculous policy - they refused service to friends of our because her 18yr old daughter is blind and weak on one side of her body due to a stroke and she needed to assist her daughter getting dressed! Disguising

Nice beds... Membership costs more than in Dallas at the really nice places though. I tanned here for 4 months and the spray tan was broken or out of bronzer or out of barrier cream about 40% of the time. It was better before they got new owners and changed the hours in June. There's no store manger here and sometimes there's no one to work here and open the place on weekdays

This place has been a joke for a couple years now. The only reason I've continued to keep my membership is because I was grand fathered in at the old package pricing. I don't do tanning beds, I just do the spray tan. It's literally a crap shoot every time I go in. Meaning 9 times outta 10 something is working against you: 1 - the sprayer isn't working, 2 -they're out of the actual spray, 3- out of barrier cream, 4- out of the sticky feet that are a must have for anyone spray tanning, especially if you're doing the bronzer! Oh and let's not forget you now have to bring your own baby wipes to remove any excess spray or else you have to buy them. Lastly, of all the years I've been going there they've always been open till 11. I walk in tonight at 9:01 and the lady said "we're closed". I'm dumbfounded!! I asked if I could spray really quick and her response was "I've already clocked out"! Wth!! I have VERY limited opportunities to actually go tan and now on top of all the above, you've changed your hours all the sudden and can't have just a little grace to show great customer service. Don't waste your time or money, I'm done wasting mine!!
