I appreciated the customer service as well as the quality of service that I recieved here. State farm sent me here after a recent accident that required me to get a new door. I dropped the car off on Monday where they were able access the car and get my info in ablout 15 mins. I was able to get in drop off the car and make it to work on time. They were able to ordered a new door and installed it by Friday.  Side note: I didn't have enough time to get my car washed before dropping it off so my car was filthy; the outside needed a bath, I had trash all in the inside. They cleaned my car inside and out without me requesting it. I felt like I was driving a new car.  So a special thank you to Stefan, Sabrina, and Chantell (I think that was her name) just to name the people that I encountered but also a thank you to the people who worked on and cleaned my car.

These guys are awesome! The entire team was courteous and professional throughout my entire repair and my car looks great!!! The office is super clean and they have a old style popcorn machine. I highly recommend them.

I had a great experience! My car was repaired right and completed when promised. It looked like I never had an accident! My service provider, Hector, was very nice and listened to my concerns.

I normally don't leave reviews but I still get pissed off all these months later every time I look at my car. A while ago, I dropped my car off to get sun roof repaired in good condition. The guy even commented on how great the car looked. Get my car back dirty, with some plastic melted on it, scratches and he broke the plastic light cover. He apologized for light cover said he would replace it but that never happened after several inquiries. I schedule to have the car cleaned and asked about scratches & the plastic melted on it he said he thought I brought it in like that seriously then suggested putting some cleaner on it that didn't work. The guy was stalling finally gave car back a couple of days after original finish date so he knew things weren't. Worst experience ever.
