Great food, nice building, clean. Service was rushed and frankly rude. Tipped the lady ten bucks on a 55 dollar order and she still came back and kind of flung the credit card tray at me and said thanks and walked away before I could even respond. Biscuits and gravy were great!

Food was delicious. We didn't wait long for meal to be served. I had the lite chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes and country gravy, and salad bar. The portion was perfect, didn't feel stuffed. Restaurant was clean and staff professional. My favorite place to dine with Aunt.

Food was great for the whole family.  My kids loved the burgers and pasta.  Homemade chicken noodle soup was so yummy.

I read some reviews on Yelp and TripAdvisor and some of them said the service wasn't good. I completely disagree. The two women that took care of us were very welcoming and gracious. My wife had the Scorpion sandwich which was pretty good. The salad bar is decent and worth the price. We appreciated the customer service.

I have always liked Calico's, but we recently went there for my father-in-laws 81st birthday dinner and only 3 out of 5 of us were actually brought a meal. The waitress kept making excuses about part of our dinner ticket being lost, but people coming in after the mistake was realized were receiving their meals and we were still waiting.  It seemed that they put our 2 missing meals at the end of the dinner ticket line.  After more than an hour they finally produced the two meals, but everyone was upset and I felt uncomfortable making the others wait longer while I had dinner, so I had them box it.  Families go out to eat together, not in shifts.  I am sure it was the waitresses fault, she was very scatter-brained, but no one in charge spoke to us.  Terrible way to end the day, especially a birthday.
