Perfect greeting to driving away! They were so well coordinated in taking the payment, giving me my food  and I was leaving the window within 2 minutes!

Worst service ever. The girls were rude, didn't know what they were doing. Also, they messed up our order. They were touching our food with their bare hands. Flies everywhere! Two cashiers were arguing in front of us. Don't recommend to anyone. If we're ever in the area I will never eat here again.

Wendy's in Kingman has taken fast out of fast food.  Lunch time.  Long line. Only one of two registers open and operated by a cashier order taker who appeared to rather be at home sorting her sock drawer then at work. At least the flavorless  square burgers came out of the kitchen quickly.

First off this location was out of spoons and all we wanted were frosty' so....

The manager was very short with her staff. She spoke loudly and rudely. She mentioned that they were working with a "new system" and her staff was moving SO SLOW which makes me somewhat sympathetic to her situation, but when she was rude to a customer telling them "I can't read minds, I wish I could but I can't" after a customer didn't understand a question the manager asked, she lost all of my sympathies. 

The bathrooms were gross. It looked like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks and one of the stalls didn't have toilet paper. The tables in the dining room needed to be wiped down and the carpets were gross. 

This was by far the worst Wendy's experience ever! And considering the location and the number of travelers im sure it attracts I'm surprised that the customer service and cleanliness weren't at least a little better. 

I will not be revisiting this location!

This Wendys is to be avoided at all costs. Poorly trained staff cant shut up long enough for u to complete a sentence.......let alone finish your order =  I've documented it for YEARS
