I never do any kind of reviews!! But this company has been a legit nightmare!! Seriously the most ghetto, rude, and unprofessional people work here!! They harrass u even if your just a couple days late. They want to know why your late even if it's a personal reason like seriously I'm going to be a few days late its none of your god damn business why!! It's kind of obvious I don't have the money yet if not trust me I would of paid it by now. Nosey ass people!!! Smh lm never late so to get treated and harassed like I did was definetely not fun, but i feel like they love acting tough and sarcastic over the phone!!! I only deal with Susie other than that I don't want to take the risk of speaking with any other employee. She's the only one that sounds professional and friendly to me.

These people are the rudest people i have ever had to deal with. They lie to you and aren't willing to help you AT ALL. They have the worst attitude and aren't respectful. I've only spoken to one person who was nice and super helpful, the other suck!! They should really get shut down!

I have never had an issue with customer service. I ask a lot of questions and I need things explained to me in detail. I never got attitude back and I actually have always spoken to patient people. I know rude people, I deal with them quite a bit... And they are not rude. 
This is my first time leasing a car. I am 24 and had very poor credit . I now have better credit and I am able to make my monthly payments because of their help. No one else would finance me at the rate I'm at now. Because of their help, I now have a better job because I can drive the distance instead of depending on Uber or public transit. My only suggestion is that we secure a better online payment system because I once made a payment online and somehow, it didn't work. Not sure what the actual problem was. But an app would be great so that I don't have to call each time to make a payment.

Wish I could give zero or negative stars. ANY POSITIVE REVIEWS OF THIS COMPANY ARE DEFINITELY MADE UP BY THE RUDEST EMPLOYEES ON THE PLANET AND NOT ACTUAL CUSTOMERS. I cant wait for the attorney general to send a letter asking me about these modern day pirates. I will start by saying customer service is just a name. All they do is yell or hang up on you. They arbitrarily put my payment date on the 1st so you're stuck with mortgage and car payment on the same day. Every car finance company I've ever had asked me when I want it.

 Then if you ask to change it they say they can't. Then if you ask to speak with a manager you get yelled at by not one but 2 "people" Next is you need to pay a little later because the day they stick you with just doesn't work. So you think you have a 2 week grace period... Nope! If you are even a day late they call your "personal references" insessently. Elizabitch at ext 113 calls your sister day and night like she owes her money! That starts on day 1 of being late. If you don't call back cuz you're working they call and call and threaten you with repo. I had never had a repo in my life... They also put this ghetto lojack copy device that screwed up my ignition on my Mercedes. The device is so they can track your ass as well as immobilize your car if your just a little late. The ghetto car dealer that signed me up with these loan sharks failed to ask if it was ok if they can put this device on my car.

Then if you don't pay their ransom (for not being even 2 weeks late) they'll tow your car. I paid online one night and 24 hrs later they stole my car! I called and got yelled at then hung up on when I complained they had my payment already. They said yes I paid online but even after 24 hrs my payment hasn't posted... Car theft!!! They knew they had it but stole my car anyway. Less than a month late by the way.

Steer clear if you're reading this and all the others that were wronged by these mafiaesque liars. I tried to get my car returned because it was flat out stolen and they demand a money wire immediately to their account with their loan shark fees included. 

It's truly a wonder they're in business still. They seriously don't care about you. They are trained to scream and lie if you have questions regarding their illegal practices. I even told them I'm recording my call to get their answers on tape (their phone menu says they're recording every call) but I was told "I do not give permission" I said too bad cuz you're recording me... They then hang up.

Call me attorney general, or mail me class action lawyers. I'll join your suit for sure. These ignorant theives need the Karma train to run them over!

Rude as hell paid off the vehicle which been a year and still don't have the tittle and they still haven't release it which has been over a year and I can't sell or trade the vehicle. They don't even deserve a star.
