First off, the staff at this particular branch is great and very helpful. They try their best to get a deal done as easy and smooth as possible. However, their are particular people that work at this company who think they are "the boss" when really they are the certain individuals who will cause a company to lose business. Lex, is a special individual. Hes rude, he has an attitude, and hes a straight up ass! He has HORRIBLE customer service and he is one that I will tell you others to watch out for. Hes pretty much the "crook" of the company.

The process of selling a car is not easy. And finding a lender is even harder. The team at Lobel have made the process as easy as possible. The dedicated staff and management have given our customers peace of mind when purchasing a vehicle. I highly recommend Lobel. Thanks Lobel and Martha for keeping our customers happy!

The Lovely Ladies of Lobel!! i cannot say enough good this about this office. As the owner of Nwafor Motorcars I can say that all my deals are handle with extreme care as are all my clients. I have been working with Lobel for about 3 years and they make it easy with online applications, responsive staff and great respect for my customer. Lobel is by far my #1 sub-prime bank. Thank you!!

I am the manager at 1st Choice Auto Group and I use Lobel as my primary lender for challenged credit. They allow people a second chance to get a vehicle. One of the best Sub-Prime lenders out there. To be honest - I like working with a bank who can pick up thier phone when I need help or advice. Best experience, and by far best customer service. Highly recommended.
