Had an incident were i was charged twice! Upon paying with my debit card i was told the payment didnt go through. I proceeded to pay with a money order. It wasn’t till 5 days later that i noticed my debit card was charged and the payment went through. I was charged twice. I couldn’t believe they could let that happen. That is stealing! I wasn’t contacted at all regarding the error. Simply if I didn’t check my banking account they would of never contacted me. Funny how there’s fees for being late on a payment, but you will allow someone to pay the same bill twice! To make things worse i now have to wait 2 weeks for my refund, it can only be refunded by mail. What an inconvenience, i have bills to pay. This isn’t acceptable!
