Been a patient at the Monrovia location for ten years . The SOME of doctors are great but office staff is an issue. They don't answer the phones . I called 45 minutes before closing time and no one picked up. The call just died. Then I was informed " we are closed". What?! On the rare occasion they answer scheduling is excruciating & unpleasant. First, their system can't schedule enough in head of time. If you want morning, only evening are available...and vice versa PECULIAR. Then, they insist you see a different doctor everytime. Bad continuity! Last, desk staff must receive merit and recognition based on how sarcastic and dismissive they can be to the elderly, attitude is definitely not in short supply. Eye rolls , huffs and shuffling papers to ignore standing waiting patients are their best events.

They were great from start to finish. I have been to Glendora, Pasadena and Monrovia offices plus surgery in thier Glendale facility without any negative experiences.

The receptionist to take care of me provided me with excellent service I have not yet seen the doctor I'm pretty sure that he is very kind and extremely knowledgeable with macular degenerative Ness

The front desk is just terrible and unprofessional. They keep on rescheduling my appointment for 3 months without any good reasons. Since this clinic was near home, I drove 100 miles from San Diego to Los Angeles just for their appointment and they just cancelled on me 12 hours before. The staffs are just rude and they are just there to finish their jobs without any consideration toward the patient. Didn't even have the chance to interact with the main doctors. That's how worse the situation was. IF YOUR FAMILY DOCTOR ALLOWS, DON'T EVER GO TO THIS CLINIC. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.
