I am very afraid of the dentist. I saw Dr. Herbert and a number of ancillary staff members during my visit. I had not see a dentist for eight or so years. The work I needed done was completed promptly and painlessly. They use the most up to date treatment options and everything is explained in great detail. They are accepting new patients and take most insurance, pay them a visit.

I've been going to this office a couple of years now. The doctors that I've seen are great! They always explain what I need in a way that I can understand. The front office ladies are always will to help me with getting a payment plan for my treatment. I will continue to come here and I will also continue to refer my friends and family to this dental office!!

SHOULD HAVE READ MORE REVIEWS ABOUT THEM HERE. I went there for a regular check up and cleaning. The doctor found 3 cavities, said my gum was messed up, that I needed a deep cleaning and a couple teeth removed urgently. I've been having check ups my whole life and was never told for any such things... BUT I understand that I might have ran out of luck and she might be right. I did not go with any of it because I wanted to think about it. SAMANTHA (the one who explained me about the financial side) seemed annoyed that I did not go with any of it. She intentionally left the cavities treatment on before trying to make me sign for the paper... good thing I caught it before. AND, she charged me $40 for a "regular cleaning". I asked her like 10 times if this was the most basic cleaning because my regular cleaning/check up should be covered by the insurance. She told me that was the most basic. I thought maybe my insurance coverage changed so after the 10th time making sure, I went ahead and paid the $40 to have my cleaning done. Later that night, I just wanted to double check about the copay and went online to check my insurance benefit. It said $0 for preventive cleaning and check up . That was all I had asked for. I go back the next morning, proof in hand, that Samantha lied to me. She is the only one at the front desk. I explain her everything. THEN she finally says: well your gum is infected so you needed this and that special cleaning done... I tell her that I asked her 10 times to give me the most basic cleaning which should be entirely covered by the insurance. All she said was "yes". .. No apologies, no money back. She said come back tomorrow and talk to my manager. To be honest, the $40, I could care less... it is the way Samantha lies to me in my face and did not even apologize for it after she is caught doing so. That now makes me question all the other things that she wanted me to have done... My personal advice to any of you going there: be VERY careful with her when she says you need anything done. The only "good" part was the hygienist, Siuneh who was very nice and professional and the manager Lucy who called to follow up about the incident... but not enough for making me or my family go back there... no way.
