Bad experience. We had an appointment and we arrived at time (we actually arrived 10mins earlier), then we waited more than a hour, and the nurse at front told us there are still two patients before us. What is the point I made an appointment ?! This was not the first time happened to us!! The worse time we waited was more than two hours. We waited in the front ,then when they called us, we went to another room for waiting. The Doctor we visited is only work on Thursday, but I think he handle more patience than he capable of so he can earn more. Btw the front desk was not than friendly when I asked how long I still need to wait. I am about to find another specialist, I can’t waste half day in there every time I visit.

Excellent comprehensive care! From physical therapy, to cognitive therapy, bio-feedback, acupuncture, etc. Dr. Zhao takes time to write detailed notes. He knows me well, and my headaches have improved 85 to 90 percent. I used to have headaches 15 times a month or more. I am now down to maybe 2 a month. Thanks to medication, therapy, diet, a consistent sleep schedule, mediation, massage therapy, and hope. Dr. Zhao and Dr. Diep (sleep specialist) have helped me tremendously.

I have been a patient of this clinic for over 1 year, my low back pain is a lot better. I thank Dr. Zhao and his staff for helping me thru my recovery. There are some days that you have to wait to see the doctor and your appointment time may be delay, but that is because Dr. Zhao takes his time with each patient and often performs urgent procedures, like he did on me on several occasions. He is a great doctor who cares and listen to all your complains. I am so glad I found him and his team. His office is very clean, and peaceful. The front desk very polite and professional. They do charge a fee for the use of credit card, but I did my research and it is legal, according to the California department of justice. This doctor is definitely worth the drive and wait!

Unbelievable! First visit. My son is in severe pain. We arrive at the appointment on time. After 1.5 hours of waiting, I see what I think is the doctor walk through the lobby and head downstairs to the lower part of the entry (which is an atrium). Down there are a couple of gardeners working on planting plants and arranging stones. He decides they are not doing the job correctly and not just corrects them verbally - but JOINS them. He is down on his knees arranging stones and moving plants around, his hands in the dirt. This goes on for 20 minutes. I head over to the reception desk and am told that we are next and that the doctor is in with a patient. Really...I go back over the the atrium and politely ask if he is Dr. Zhao. He doesn't even look up at me and says in an annoyed manner "I will be with you in a minute friend". His plants and rocks are more important that my son who is in pain. Completely unprofessional. Oh, by the way, if you use a credit card, they will charge you a processing fee (surcharge). I guess they do not know, or care, that it is illegal in CA to do this.
